Fire & Ice Dinner
A Taste of Winterlude Experience! Add a little fire to your Winterlude this year with a delightfully whimsical and entertaining meal brought to you by Courtyard Restaurant’s gifted chef, Michael Hay. Your evening will play with the theme of “Fire and Ice,” and will include a hot performance by the Mini Cirque Fire Weavers held outdoors in the snow. Enjoy flaming cocktails, ice wine, and Chef Hay’s delicious and imaginative take on a fire and ice menu with edible “igloo,” cold smoking “BBQ,” “first snow scallops” and much more. Ticket price includes a five-course meal with five paired wines and Fire Weavers performance.
