Our booking policies are included at the end of every Group Menu Package.


Parking:

There are two pay parking lots directly adjacent to the Courtyard which can be accessed from either George or York St. Metered street parking is available throughout the Byward Market area. Bus Parking is available directly outside our courtyard on George St.   We are within walking distance of many downtown hotels, including the Westin and Chateau Laurier, as well as the Ottawa Convention Centre,  Parliament Buildings, National Art Gallery and many attractions.

  • Bilingual service available

Room Arrangements:

  • Floor plans with seating arrangements can be provided for all functions
  • Coat Racks are situated at the entrance of each room 
  • Washrooms are located on the main level only, near the front entrance.

Out-sourced Rentals:

We would be pleased to arrange the rental of almost any desired equipment for your event subject to it's availability. Some popular items include: AV equipment, dance floors, coloured linens, silver candelabras.
