The Courtyard Restaurant is committed to your right to privacy. We do not give, sell or trade your personal information to others unless specifically authorized by you or as required by law. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Where and when do we collect information?

In order to maintain our high standards of customer service, we collect personal information (the minimum amount required) in the following ways:

As outlined in our forms from those visitors to our site who choose to sign up for our newsletter or request information from us.
Upon receipt and processing of email, online, mail or telephone inquiries or reservations
At the time of payment and cheque processing
From information provided to us on forms including comment cards, contest entry forms, and website forms

In addition, our website collects non-personal information such as your network location (IP address), the pages you visit, time of visit, your operating system and browser in order to generate website traffic reports.

Consent - We require the consent of our clients and customers prior to using their personal information for any purpose other than that for which it was originally collected.

We retain your personal information for as long as is required in order for us to serve our customers, and we destroy all records containing personal information when they are no longer required for their stated purposes.
