Are you looking for a venue where the food is as important as the beautiful space?  The Courtyard is well-known as an award-winning destination restaurant in the heart of the Byward Market in downtown Ottawa.  Our Executive Chef Ian Reed changes our menu seasonally to take advantage of using local products at their best.  As much as possible we use sustainable seafood, local and organic produce, and locally-raised hormone-free beef and dairy products.  We are certified members of Savour Ottawa and we work on a day to day basis with the food artisans in our city.

Our wedding clients appreciate knowing that we truly care about the food we serve, and the choices and options they have to make sure all of their guests are catered to.  Imagine offering your guests a choice menu, where they can order that evening from several appetizer, main course, and dessert options.  We can always accommodate vegetarian and vegan guests, as well as guests with allergies and food intolerances.  Food is what we do, and we make sure that your menu is exactly what you are looking for, by offering complimentary wedding tastings to tweak the menu to your specifications.

Please consult our Seasonal Menu below for the current menu offerings.  Our Seasonal Menus are published approximately 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the season, and are sent to our Wedding clients to select from prior to their wedding.
