Why book a conference room for your meetings at the Courtyard? We have 3 beautiful private rooms to accommodate all-day meetings and retreats for groups from 6 to 50. Our conference rooms include beautiful old stone walls, windows in every room providing natural light, and high ceilings with wooden beams. Companies enjoy our excellent service and flexible packages. We also offer complimentary WIFI throughout our building. Our conference rooms are completely private, and can accommodate many types of set ups including hollow square, u-shaped tables, and smaller separate tables. Audio visual rentals including LCD projector, screen, and flip charts are all available to ensure your corporate event is a success.
Food is an important aspect for all events, and we excel in providing menus that take advantage of using local and seasonal products, at price points that are attractive. Meetings and retreats often require special menu accommodations such as gluten-free meals, vegetarian and vegan options, and special meals for guests with food intolerances and allergies. Our Executive Chef can prepare menus that take all of these requests into consideration. Meals can be served buffet style for your convenience, so that your meeting can continue quickly, and we also offer complete hot plated meals. Meetings Booking Policies:
- Conference rooms are available between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm
- Meetings will be charged a facility rental fee, and require the purchase of lunch and 1 break
- Conference Rooms are not available between December 1st and 31st
- Menu selection is required at least 2 weeks prior to your event
- All menus are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your requirements
